Welcome to Chimayoi! We are proud to offer high-quality, custom-made products printed and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers located in the United States and Europe.
Because each item is crafted uniquely for you upon order, the total delivery timeframe consists of two distinct phases: Processing & Production Time and Shipping Time.
1. Processing & Production Time
Before your order leaves our facility, it undergoes custom printing, tailoring, and a strict quality check:

Standard Items (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories): 2–5 business days.

Peak Seasons (Holidays, Black Friday): May take up to 5–7 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once the production phase is complete and your package is dispatched, it is handed over to premium local carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.). Estimated shipping times are detailed below:

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is shipped, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier status to update.
4. Duties & Customs Taxes
For orders fulfilled within your local region (e.g., US orders printed and shipped in the US), no customs fees will apply. For cross-border deliveries, customers are responsible for any destination customs duties or import taxes imposed by their respective countries.
